Weekly Meal Preparation
Mealplans are customized to fit each individual and family's needs.  They are based on a number of entrees (with side dishes) and the number of people.  A family of four wanting four meals per week would receive a 4 x 4 plan - 4 entrees with 4 servings each.  Meals are packaged "family style" so the whole family can enjoy meals together.  There is a $25 additional charge on 4x4 plans for meals packaged individually (plus any additional container costs).

MealThymes customizes each personal chef service to your specific needs and wishes.  Since each client is different and each meal may have different elements, there is no exact price list that can be published.  Chef Lauren understands that you may want some guidlines and an approximate cost and has included some typical meals and the basic cost information.  All prices listed are for the service only.  The cost of food is always separate. Since Chef Lauren shops for ingredients just before your event, these costs are dependent on market prices.  There is never any mark-up on any food costs and you will receive copies of all reciepts, if requested.

Dinner Parties
Service cost is based on number of people and the number of courses.  Prices start at $175 for a basic dinner for two .
Special Events
Service cost is based on number of people and menu desired.  Contact Chef Lauren for details.
Cooking Classes
Service cost is based on number of people and menu desired.  Prices start at $200 for up to six people.  Each person attending a class receives copies of the recipes used, and depending on the menu selected, there is sufficient food for everyone to enjoy a good, complete meal.
